Vanilla Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer
Homemade vanilla sweet cream without all the added ingredients
4 cup container
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Can use 1/2 vanilla bean
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
Pour the heavy cream into a small pot. Cook over medium heat until the cream starts to bubble around the edges.
Grab a whisk, add the sugar and whisk constantly for two minutes.
If using vanilla extract, add the vanilla and remove the pot from heat.
Add the whole milk, stir, put in a jar of your choosing, and store it in the fridge.
Shake creamer before you add it to your coffee.
If you are using a vanilla bean, cut the bean open with a paring knife. Scrape out the insides and put them in with the heavy cream, as well as the rest of the bean, in step one. You don't have to worry about removing the bean, it adds extra flavor to the homemade creamer.
